Just seeing the above diagram will show you why GOOD BROWN FAT on your body looks, feels and is firmer and healthier looking than White Fat.
It has a considerable volume of cytoplasm and contains multiple lipid droplets of varying size. Their nuclei are round and almost centrally located. THE BAD WHITE FAT above has a scant ring of cytoplasm surrounding a single large lipid droplet. Their nuclei are flattened and eccentric within the cell – it is soft unhealthy fat.

Brown fat is generously supplied with blood filled capillaries.
Notice the abundance of blood-filled capillaries and variable size of lipid droplets in GOOD BROWN FAT. This should be your goal. But converting your body from soft white fat to good brown fat is up to you…only YOU can make the change.
